Ten year old Colombian girl gives birth

A young Colombian girl believed to be just 10 arrived at a hospital and gave birth without any advance care, shocking many in that country and around the world. The girl reportedly came into the hospital bleeding profusely and in enormous pain before giving birth to a 51/2-pound baby.
While this event has horrified the whole world the girl's identity, the baby daddy's identity and the event leading to the pregnacy has been kept secret. The mother who doesn't know much about motherhood has refused to breastfeed the baby.
