South african police man tears nigerian's passport to pieces

A Nigerian who is on holiday in South Africa with a valid visa got his passport torn to pieces by a South African police out of hatred for Nigerians. Its sad because during their apartheid Nigeria was with them all through the war plus Nigerians know south Africans don't like them, why do they still go there???
